Requirements

Male, age up to 45 years old;

University degree;

Mechanic or electrician background;

From 3-5 years of relevant work experience as an aftermarket manager;

Knowledge of CAT Power systems product as well as CAT and CAT Dealer systems;

English - fluent;

Good communications skills, pro-active, self-motivated, accuracy and responsibility in work;

High on team working and influencing skills;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Ability to analyze and solve problems;

Ability to communicate effectively;

Good PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

Sound financial management skills;

Sound Business planning/Budgeting Skills;

Track record in Learning/Managing people

Outputs

Aftermarket support of Power Systems equipment through whole company territory;

Achievement of Power systems parts and service revenue and profitability targets;

Achievement of power systems Aftermarket operational KPI`s;

Effective relationship building with principles, external and internal customers;
